Terms & conditions
The terms governing our domiciliation and support services.
Purpose and scope
These general terms govern the relationship between The Address Business Center (“The Address”) and any natural or legal person (“the Client”) subscribing to its domiciliation and support services.
Any subscription implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms. The commercial conditions specific to each plan (current price, duration, services included) are set out at the time of subscription.
Services
The Address offers business domiciliation (establishing a registered office, receiving and handling post), access to premium spaces and services, along with support services (company formation, transfer of registered office, administrative outsourcing) and introductions to a network of partners.
Support services and bespoke work are the subject of a separate quotation accepted by the Client before any work begins.
Prices and invoicing
Plan prices are stated in euros. Unless otherwise indicated, the subscription rates shown correspond to annual invoicing. Support services are stated excluding VAT.
The Address reserves the right to change its rates; the applicable pricing conditions are those in force at the time of subscription or renewal.
Payment terms
Payment terms and due dates are set out on the invoice or the subscription contract. Any late payment may lead to suspension of services, subject to the legal notice period.
Duration, renewal and termination
The commitment period, renewal conditions and termination notice are set out in the subscription contract (to be completed in line with the publisher's commercial policy).
In the event of termination, the Client undertakes to move their registered office away from The Address within the legal time limits.
Client obligations
The Client undertakes to provide accurate information and the necessary documents (in particular for identification), to use the address in accordance with the law, and to observe the house rules. The Address cannot be held liable for any fraudulent or non-compliant use of the domiciliation.
Liability
The Address is bound by an obligation of means. It cannot be held liable in the event of force majeure or of the Client's failure to meet their obligations. Introductions to partners carry no guarantee as to the services provided by those third parties, who remain solely responsible for their own work.
Personal data
The processing of the Client's personal data is described in our privacy policy, in accordance with the GDPR.
Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution; failing that, the competent district courts shall have sole jurisdiction. For any question: info@theaddresswemmel.eu.
